Customers service needs improvement asap. I purchased a pair of shoes(which was not cheap for work)from one store online went in to pick up and one shoe was damaged. Sarcastic employee

While checking out at Rochester Mn South location, cashier was snippy when I refused to give my name at his request while checking out. I saw no need to provide personal information and he should have respected that. He needs to take a refresher class in public relations.
Store did not have my size,,,they ordered them for me,,,days later when I could not get any information using the Tracking information I called customer service and found out they canceled the order,,,I asked “just when were you ever going to let me know that??” and then I was told they would issue a “refund check” in... Im not happy. Your store in coral ridge sent my order to the wrong address. When i called to resolve it they told me they cant change the address and cant resend my order. So now im out $50 and nobody can help

Communication

I have been working with iExpress messengers super, accurate, with good communication many times. Today 21. 09,2020 at 11. 40 I had to call the office to pick up the package, either to the courier communication, the office had a completely opposite attitude, complete fuj, there was then the feeling that I am disturbed something for a particular lady, etc.. I sincerely recommend to the iExpress administration what kind of people are good for working with clients!
