I mailed back a pair of shoes and have not been credited the money back to my bank account! They received the shoes on April 6th 2020
My order still wont go through even after I have updated my Footwear account. Its saying my cards can’t be verified by my address. Both my credit and debit cards have the same address on file with my account
Received my order yesterday. There was no invoice in the back and need to return boots as they dont fit. They are wide calf I ordered medium calf. Need an authorization number to return to receive a proper credit! Thanks

Communication
I have been working with iExpress messengers super, accurate, with good communication many times. Today 21. 09,2020 at 11. 40 I had to call the office to pick up the package, either to the courier communication, the office had a completely opposite attitude, complete fuj, there was then the feeling that I am disturbed something for a particular lady, etc.. I sincerely recommend to the iExpress administration what kind of people are good for working with clients!
