Bad reception at the reception
2020. On February 26 at 17. 05. The receptionist with long black hair resumed accepting money from me for a visit to the rehabilitator on the grounds that the rehabilitator and physiotherapists have a separate box office on the 4th floor. But on the 4th floor the cashier worked only until 17:00 (sick staff). As a result, I stood twice in a row at the box office on the first floor. Can the "elite" administration once explain to the receptionist that the patient is entitled to pay on both the 1st and 4th floors. Can't patients see a doctor just because a receptionist doesn't want to accept money?
