Poor service
Delivery quality exceeds all limits. Before receiving the package in Australia, I called the iExpress support center 2 times to change the delivery address. Both times confirmed that everything has changed. On Monday I receive a call from the courier that is present to the originally sent address. Call for the third time to change the address, everything positively confirms that it has changed. On Tuesday, after the tracking number, I see that it has been issued to the courier, but oh or the post office, the postcode is messed up and the parcel has been returned to the terminal and the parcel has not moved since February 10. It is mentioned on the website that the parcel is delivered within 2 working days, after the change of address, 4 days have passed, or more precisely 6 days, taking into account the time that the delivery address was changed in time. The call center is a complete space, no one can answer anything, writing is useless, you can only get in return - we apologize for the inconvenience. Today, a torpedo was brought into the call center space, talking to the call center operator, the lady decides to drop the phone. I will definitely never send anything by myself in the future using iExpress services, if it is possible to influence the choice of delivery, I will definitely try to use other courier services (even if there is an additional payment), but not Dpd.
