Poor customer service and gate often does not work at the store on Highway 78 in Snellville. The attendance stated that she was at work and had us wait an extended period of time. User’s recommendation: Use another location. The location in Decatur off of Church Street has better service.

Hi, I was beaten too. at the beginning I paid 6, 99, then the price jumped to 13,... AUD and I no longer wanted to pay so much. Viasat offered a foreign language package with 20 normal channels for 8. 99, agreed it took a couple of months, now no longer operates about 18 channels, from 1/4 of the cutters have changed to some Ukrainian channels (advertising and other nonsense). I called the case, they replied that there is such a foreign language package and I don't know anything if I want to terminate the contract, but in order to switch to the foreign language package, I agreed to the new terms of the three-year term and fines if I terminate the contract sooner. Well, I guess if I don't even agree to terminate the contract, I will complain to the Consumer Protection Office, because I believe that they have significantly reduced the service provided!People who are still thinking or taking this TV company, find out what fee you will have after the campaign expires and calculate that one day you will no longer be able to watch your favorite series, because this company is absolutely not interested!
