I have called Explorer on three times and they were most helpful. They helped me find various missing parts on my van and were able to help me get in contact with the right vendors even when they were no longer suppliers. Sunroof leaks, backup camera works only sporadically, tires had flat spots and could not be balanced

GMC Savana explorer van. Sunroof leaks. Returned to dealer who kept it for 3 weeks before telling me that they could not find a firm to fix the roof.
