Shipping Not Delivered

Hello! The shipment was delivered to the courier on 07. 12. 2020, but I am still waiting for my shipment. Now a full 4 days have passed. For the first time so when the shipment doesn't last that long. Of course it is not possible to call the omnivore, the phone is busy all the time, I have written an e-mail. Answer standard - we apologize for the inconvenience. The shipment will be delivered soon. Of course, I am not satisfied with that answer. I need a shipment. Where is this shipment left?
