Can not contact a live person at all!

Tropical storm coming in to where Im at I need to see about changing flights and I cannot get anyone on the phone and then when you entered your itinerary number it says its not it even though it is and then they hang up this is ridiculous User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.

We were on a call for a review and we got hung up on.

I already talked to the hotel and they said they would waive the fee because of technical difficulties but i was rudely hung up on even though i already booked another room using your services.
