Was told refund was denied.

Was told after speaking to Marta from the hotel that she would issue a refund for the hotel charge but I would need to contact Expedia to receive a refund for the Expedia charge. Called For Assistance with a Cancelled Flight

No help at all. Couldnt hardly understand the rep either. Oh and we will never book through Expedia again. Hidden fees that we paid did nothing to assist us in anyway. User’s recommendation: Book direct not through a 3rd party.
