Question about tickets. Please call

Have not heard back. Bad customer service. It is impossible to get answers. Alll phone numbers are not working. One asked if I was over 55 and it went to a medical alert company. Disgusting

Customer disatisfaction with Eventbrite web account support

I had moved &;;;;;;;;;;; changed my email address and recently purchased some tickets which were handled by Eventbrite. I was unable to log into my account. I contacted them about it, and explained my situation, and while they were able to get me a pw reset and get me into my account – it is still showing... Read more➤

Case number #5847726 re: awaiting reimbursement . Despite numerous attempts to get a genuine response, this company has very cleverly manipulated the art of ‘the automated reply’ sending this very concerned and frustrated customer on a goose chase, through to a dead end circuit that fails to provide any support whatsoever.
