service and attitude

I WANT TO WARN BOTH HAIRDRESSERS IN THE FUTURE... I bought a MOSER hair clipper WHICH PAYED 133.00 dollars... after a month the clipper started to cut poorly, pluck the client's skin... I take the car back and I am told that I have to give the car for TWO weeks for warranty repairs, despite the fact that I need it every day to do my job and make money... I did not agree with this decision because I believe if such long-term warranties are made, then the customer must be provided with another tool so that he can continue to work and earn MONEY... the store has its own laws and nails do not provide such a service..ok... then I offer to return me money or a new hair machine... also this is not a store law recorded service until you have obtained a conclusion from the warranty master...I tried to stand on my own, (I said I would stand here until I was given money or a new hair clipper), but in the end 5 minutes time a courier appeared who took the machine to the master and in 2 hours I get a call that everything is in order with the machine, only needs to be cleaned...while working with the machine for two weeks, (according to the instructions BOTH TIRIA BUT OILED) I felt that the machine's head becomes very hot and burns customers' neck and scalp without cutting the whole cut to the end... and the battery barely withstands two cuts, versos back to the store, but soreir by phone to get the master no, and himself would be the end of the problem... tell me that they have no right to issue the master no, that I have to go to the store SALON LINE again and hand over the machine for repair,I do not agree with it and I write the application about my claims against the quality of the machine and list all the problems that this machine causes me... the manager promised me that even on the same day he gave me a call back when he would have reviewed my application I didn't even wait until today, I CALLED 10.00 IN THE MORNING, I WAS TELLED THAT IT'S FORGOTTEN AND THERE WAS NOT TIME to review this application... promised once again that in the near future will give me a message, I don't want to talk to me anymore, passing all the information through another person that the machine will be delivered to the master and maybe running will give me a message... But the fact that I have taken two days free to do all the above and get a new hair machine, they don't care...about me carding once panjirgajaas and rolling I can work with whatever I want, because this store is not interested in providing quality service to customers... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS SHOP...
