Their refund policy is if your account balance is below $25, they wont refund any even if you have disconnected your service. I fight for it they then tell me to input more money to bring the balance above $25 so I can get all my money back. I did. I input another $25 and bring my balance up to around $40. They then told me you need wait 3-4 weeks for the refund. I waited and at the end of week 4, nothing happened. i contacted them again, they then tell me sorry only the $25 that you put in last time can be refunded. They still refuse to refund my other $13. my issues and concerns: how many of you are out there are victims like me, forced to leave them a few dollars and won't care to fight for it? If everyone is contributing them $10, how easy for them to collect a million dollar in no time? My second concern is they tell me to put in $25. and one month later, they give me the $25 back and says sorry no refund for whatever left How many of you have done this as well? If 10000 people giving them $25 and hoping for a refund for a month, how much free money they get? 250000? how much return they can get if they use this money to get more money? This is a huge spam. The owner is obviously an evil but very smart money grabber. Be aware! Do not step in this trap. I believe the owner deserve to go to ***.
