This company should not exist. Had Identity theft have tried for weeks to have aFreeze. Have faxed them all info rmation required. They couldn’t even give our correct E-mail. They should closed down

Their customer service to reach a Human being that is intelligent is impossible. They can’t even get correct Email correct. They do not want to freeze your info without you sending Blood to them. They should be closed down! User’s recommendation: Don’t waste time on Norton Life lock they are useless.

MY EMPLOYER IS: RESOURCES for HUMAN DEVELOPMENT. I HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED BY RESOURCES for HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS. HOW EQUIFAX OVERLOOKED THIS FACT IS MIND BOGGLING. I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND RECIEVE A %100 VETERAN ADMINISTRATION DISABILITY BENEFIT. I RECIEVE A $101.65 pension from a vested interest in a union I belonged to.
