Poor service

A new family cannot turn on the electricity since the beginning of January because the distribution network service is incompetent, irresponsible staff, new ones appear every week problems and do not blame themselves. Everything happens very slowly. There is evidence that we have been deceived several times. Who do we turn to? Maybe someone knows where to go to talk straight to the boss? Or management contacts?
