The company seems completely unable to handle any volume of customers. Often there is never a response from a representative after waiting for extremely long periods on the phone. Emails are not responded to either by email response or requested return phone calls….
Simply put, I have envision rx. WITH THEIR COVERAGE, to purchase my 1 med, the cost was $105. I tried the free GoodRx and the cost for the same med was $5!! That says it all. EnvisionRx is just not worth the trouble.
Member since 2017, pay premiun every month. Cannot log into pharmacy to see or order prescriptions. Called, said they would reset my info, I would have to re register, they would send an email. 6 hours later no email, cannot log in.
