Terrible service
We, 2 tourists from another city, were in San Jose. Wanting to have a meal, we thought we had found the best place to do it. If we had known what it would be like to have an experience, I would have gone... I don't know... To the usual station buffet. We waited for almost an hour for ordinary pasta and french fries. Those who came after us were served, we still did not. We received portions after 50 (!) minutes. And also only when we started asking. Then we were told that it was still being made, but as soon as we asked, it immediately brought served portions from the room. What's this? Circus focus? I understand if we had ordered salmon or deer game,but it already is was funny. After that, we thought that it was probably planned to eat by hand, because the accessories were not brought with the portions, we had to wait for them extra. We decided not to wait for the bill, we went to the room ourselves, because it would be pathetic to wait. Here was the next surprise that you can't pay with a card. All in all, yes...
