Element Roku tv sucks

Bought an Element Roku in November of 2019 but just opened it and set it u maybe 4 months ago. Screen flickers in and out and the is so dark I can barely see it. Now they’re telling me I need the receipt from 2yrs ago. These people are no good just like their products

My 70″ Element TV screen is black, model # E4SW7019RKU

I have not had my tv for least than a year and the mother board is out

This tv is less than 2 years and it will not play sound. I spend alot of money on the tv. I would just like the tv fixed. I don’t even see the model number of the tv. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this brand.
