Chateau du *** should be condemned entirely, the property is in complete disrepair, the apartments have 1980 era appliances that were shitworthy when new…The “personnel” changeover who float thru at least once a month are mined straight from the bowels of *** and wouldn’t equal one good human, garbage and recycling are always full and spill over...
