Chateau du *** should be condemned entirely, the property is in complete disrepair, the apartments have 1980 era appliances that were shitworthy when new...The "personnel" changeover who float thru at least once a month are mined straight from the bowels of *** and wouldn't equal one good human, garbage and recycling are always full and spill over onto the street daily, the hundreds of tree rats love that but me, not so much...when I complained about this, I was told "you have a car! put your garbage in your car and drive around Alpine until you find a place to dump it! What's wrong with you?!?" The rodent problem is so bad that I saw a mouse sitting on a handrail, because wtf? Mold is an issue for tenants but not for management, they refused to abate an apartment full of mold and didn't bother with remediation, mold was in the A.C. they didn't replace so Prayers to whoever is breathing that now...speaking of breathing, you can't do that here, never...I rented a NON SMOKING apartment but my rude AF neighbors smoke continually and pollute my apartment, they have the right to smoke (a breach of THEIR lease) but I don't have the right to breathe smoke free...there are far too many other issues but the number 1 issue would be the fact they hire people McDonald's wouldn't touch, people who think they're bad *** when being a bad *** in this situation will put your bad *** in the unemployment line...They break the terms of your lease, they demand you do things not in your lease, Bob's rules are different than Sally's rules, John's rules, and Cindy's rules, one of this nutbombs went off about my "non-running vehicle" while I was sitting in my vehicle which was running at that very moment...Order stuff? Like packages? Better get that *** off your porch as soon as it arrives or some beasty testosterone wannafemale will pound on your door like an *** Gestapo on speed to tell you to remove it smh I've had MUCH WORSE things happen by far but I'm obviously suing so I can't divulge in public, you can PM me for the rest of real if you'd like...
