I need the status of an order

The phone number was busy. Im not satisfied with this. I feel like I cant get a hold of anyone at Trendiness, so now im wondering if they just took my money and are not going to deliver on a product that i paid for.

Birthday present ruined

I ordered a song lyric poster for my best friends birthday. I believed it was going to arrive in 2-3 weeks. It took 2 months. I emailed several times. I usually received a response saying “we understand and please be patient “. I finally received the poster. I was devastated. Never ever purchase anything from this company!!!!
