The consultation phone has not been answered for 2 days

A few days before the holiday I decided to order the necessary equipment. I placed the order at 10 in the morning. I ordered goods with the symbol "receive the product tomorrow". I do not receive any product or invitation and of course the 24-hour consultation phone does not answer for 2 days. If you are unable to provide timely order processing time, please inform your customers. The consumer must be satisfied with the service provided. Definitely, if I do not receive my order I will contact Ptac, as it is not normal to perform this type of service. If a person makes a payment and does not receive feedback on their order. Before spending business money on advertising, end up with your existing order volume.I do not recommend using the i-store 110.shop. It is better in urgent cases to go to the store to buy.
