Stay away from this company! Were in a global pandemic and everyone is giving refunds except EF Tours. My daughter is a senior and has been looking forward to this trip since her freshman year. Sometimes go with your heart and do whats right EF Tours!
Selfish company! Refuses refund for clients who are legally minors (not even old enough for a drivers license)! Do not use this company!!!
My son was booked on a tour with them from April 4-12 in Italy etc. due to the corona virus and the travel ban it has been postponed. Since he is a high school senior he has no use for a travel voucher. The only options they are giving is the voucher or a refund less 1,000....

Like others, our tour to Iceland was cancelled due to travel restrictions issued by the President of the United States. This is NO fault of any customer. We are told by EF Tours they will keep $2,000. of our $8,000 spent on a tour in which NO SERVICE was ever delivered. The insurance was a complete waste...

I don’t understand how they are keeping are money and not getting a full refund. We did not cancel the tour. This company did. Now you want to keep almost $1,000? Pathetic User’s recommendation: Do not use this company.
