Don’t lease from HondaChanged states and to register my leased vehicle in the current state, I need a copy of the title, which Honda keeps. Impossible to get thru to a human. The robo answering machine does not recognize this issue and keeps hanging up on me. User’s recommendation: don’t lease from Honda.
I was told by Honda rep that she would get back to re issues on past lease and she did not.
I need to do some business with them but they simply do not answer their phone and they do not have email or text links. I really don’t want to do business with a company that thinks so little of their customers that they make it impossible for their customers to communicate with them.
Apparently Honda leasing does not want to talk to his customers in order to talk to them you get hold for 45 minutes they have no option to email them to text them or to chat. I simply do not want to do business with a company that refuses to talk to me when I need to...

After making a deal to purchase another vehicle from Honda we received a bill in the mail for 2400.00! Honda charged us for things that were ridiculous. Like an armrest having some wear.
