Placed order 10 days in advance for a local delivery for my wife’s birthday. Called store for delivery status update, and they lied about delivery being out on truck for delivery when in fact it wasn’t. Sat in house all day waiting for delivery, ruined other plans for that day. Delivery extremely late for a local delivery....

Someone stole my credit card number and charged edible arrangements to my account in Missouri and Miami. User’s recommendation: I do not have one.
I feel silly complaining about something so trivial in today’s world but, I’m dissapointed that what I ordered looks nothing like the photo in the catologue. Instead of “rainbow dipped” chocolate covered strawberries, I got what looks like a tacky Valentine’s Day one. No rainbows just big chunks of red and white sprinkles. It looks very unappealing....

Poor Service
On October 30, 2020, I was on my last show after which I forgot my hat. About an hour after the end of the session, I had written about an email from a lost hat to a forum forum cinemas. Upon receiving the answer I was instructed to go to the box office and ask there. The box office hat was not mine, but I know very well that the hat was forgotten there and it was the last session of the day.
