Baggage Penalty
Yesterday I flew on Ryanair's morning flight from Dublin to Brisbane. I went to the airport and knew that I would put more weight on my bag, I warned that there would be an extra 140 dollars, I think I would pay because I needed the belongings the same way. The first bag weighed and sent further, was 17, 2 kg, allowed 15 kg, ok, I can pay for it... then next, the bag was with a restriction of up to 20 kg, but I was 28, 8 kg. An unkind Ryanair employee warned me that I had to pay 220 dollars, I was asleep, confused. I asked her if it was not possible to buy another bag and put the extra 3rd bag, she said no.! I tell her that I have to think and to wait for her, I thinkthat she keeps the bag.. i call a friend to collect extra kg because i can't afford to pay 220 dollars.. i came back and she had already sent the bag to the pc, it looks like i haven't told the british wait, well and then i needed to decide if I want the bag back, then I miss the flight at night... Together with Ryanair it cost 480 dollars, a ticket 200 dollars (round trip), 60 dollars for 2 bags 1. 15kg, 2. 20 kg, plus a penalty for 11 extra kg 220 dollars. I felt stolen and I don't understand the company's policy. I will use my return ticket, but I will not fly with sho company anymore.!
