The customer service representative hung up on me. She was having trouble answering my questions and had to keep asking them to a supervisor so I asked her to forward me to the supervisor.

I went to mail a book that a person has purchased from me through ecampus.com marketplace. The girl wants it shipped UPS ground but the cost is much more than what I am being allowed.
