Paid for wig that was out of stock and money not refunded

I ordered 2 wigs but I only received 1 wig, the other wig was out of stock, however; no money was returned for the wig that was out of stock with no future date when they would have it. I have not received even a credit. User’s recommendation: please communicate or refund money.
