When my order never arrived I had to contact Ebonyline for and update and it was then that I was told that EVERY wig that I ordered was out of stock. I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for them to receive the items from another manufacturer. I waited and still no update until I contacted the company again for an update. Yesterday they were still waiting for the manufacturer and I was given a second delay. When I asked for a refund earlier today, I received a response today stating that my order was with the shipping department and would take another 3-5 days to receive a tracking number. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from Ebonyline. I will write a review everyday until I get my refund. EVERYDAY!! User's recommendation: No way they are scammers.
