Still in Business…WHY?

Site is hard to navigate and there is no number to call when you have problems with an order. Shoes are over-priced and only worth buying if they are on sale, of which they have few of any more. Guess they do not want my money.

Incorrect sizing on shoe

I called CS. Rep had her talking points; never strayed. Shoe says 9 1/2 but it’s barely 8 1/2. No replacement available.
