Negligent and Corrupt Landlords

I rent an apartment at this complex which is mostly a Cooperative and also rents to 15 section 8 tenants. From day one I have had nothing but frustration and stress dealing with this placel. Bad floor

Hello! I want to sit on the dirty floors at the party stand I do not understand why have a dirty floor date 1/11/2020 maybe the first of November they are dirty floor Such but now need to clean because it is not acceptable of course take your favorite bunch will of course leave a picture where there are dirty floors.
