I received a letter stating they received the return shoes ( one pair was a set of used shoes, had gravel in bottom of sole, stated I would not have to pay the restocking fee of $6.95, spoke to Debbie 3x 949-613-**** who promised to call me back next day. One month later no call, no refund.
Update by user Apr 29, 2020 I called Easy Spirit Customer Support again. This time a different person agreed to a full refund of $108.00 without a restocking charge. I guess the problem at my first attempt to get my refund corrected was a person on the line who was not able to understand what was wrong...
