Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Stair lift will not work and cannot get a technician to come and repair. I am getting ready to contact an attorney. This company is the pits. Paid $27,000.00 for it and its junk. Only had it for 5 months.
Update by user Jul 26, 2018 Oh and just another little tidbit with waiting for this to get fixed, my mother, who currently uses the stair lift that is out of commission, has just had hip surgery yesterday 7/25/18, and the company is aware of this, you would hope this would speed up the process even quicker....
