Poor service, fraudulent behavior
Viasat does not provide a coherent way to contact us to resolve any issues. Customer service cannot be called. If it succeeds, then you have to pay about 2 dollars per call including a very long waiting for the connection. The denial of service takes place in a mystical telephone conversation with an employee who tells an obvious untruth in one show, thus further prolonging the paid conversation. Among other things, a Viasat employee claims that it is not possible to cancel the service in writing, as required by law. A very lying and dishonest company.
