Being charged when lanes were closed.

I text two violations from ez pass stating I did not pay tolls week after Memorial Day. I didnt care about paying, but there was no place to pay, lanes for cash closed, no men in the booth. What was I supposed to do. Im in line with a hundred cars honking. User’s recommendation: Take pictures.

Delayed in passing thru too booth with my I-Pass

I had 3 delayed pass at the tollbooth and 1 booth that I had to pay $5 + in spite of my valid properly placed in my windshield I-Pass User’s recommendation: More efficient toll booth scanners and management.

The absolute worse
