To keep someone from having access to my account

I have changed my password soo many times and person keeps hacking and adding their language. They reset my language so that I had to start all over also. Tried calling but can’t seem to reach anyone either.

Voice replies are not working in any area. This means you are restricted as the penalty removes any ability to make progress in any progress your chosen language

Vocal replies not being registered on any stories or learning areas and therefore one is severely hampered as progress cannot be made. This happens a lot with duolingo
