Poor service, can't call and don't deliver the package
The package was registered in Australia on February 2, which, after tracking the package number, also tried deliver, unfortunately, I have not previously received any emails or calls from the company and / or courier to warn of delivery and to arrange a specific time, nor after the alleged delivery has been attempted but has not taken place. I have tried to call this company many times, starting from 06. 02, when, after entering the tracking number, I concluded that my package is already in Australia, but unfortunately I have not been able to call any of the listed numbers on the Itella website or I am waiting for 3, 5 or more like 10 minutes, the answering machine keeps announcing that all operators are busy, even though other times I didn't even connect and the call I made was disconnected. I also wrote 2 emails - 1-7. 02. with a request to contact me to arrange a delivery time, but the second one on 13. 02, unfortunately I have not received a reply to emails. Unfortunately, it does not seem hopeful that you will be able to receive your package, you should probably contact the CRPC and, if nothing changes, write an application to the VP.
