Damage, poor customer service
I take my sheepskin coat to the dry cleaner Origo, where I was still asked if it was really leather. The price was also set in an interesting way. I then had to sign that I would not complain if there was any damage. When I received my shipment on December 9, everything seemed to be in order, the woman working there did not say anything either. When I went home and looked at the coat better, of course, it turned out that it was not. The coat is slightly shrunk, torn inside the cabastas, as well as one of the metal fastening elements is missing, without which the coat cannot be worn at all. When I called Origo, the woman said she didn't know anything and I had signed up for possible damage. The conversation ended with the woman simply hanging up without explaining anything. I do not believethat it is good customer service and such people should not work with people at all. I will definitely never go to this company's dry cleaner again. The property was damaged without anyone explaining anything, which would only be human, but no - I did sign for possible damage.
