This was my first time using this app and I was very disappointed. I only received one of the Products I wanted. The rest was wrong/ weird substitutes. User’s recommendation: You’re better off doing it yourself.
I called customer service and was able to update the order before it was delivered, everything worked out.
it is not possible to get ahold of someone in charge of a very important situation but rather many screeners that I have to leave my phone number. I have a business that if someone needs to talk to someone they can just ask to. User’s recommendation: not very good.

Credit card purchase could not be completed because a ZIP code had to be entered. Postal code was impossible to enter on my iPhone.
