I used Seven Seas Worldwide to ship my belongings when I was moving from Australia to South Africa. Our stuff reached destination on time but not in once piece. Several carton boxes were damaged and things that were inside were damaged as well. This company refused to take any responsibility for this situation.
The parcel does not work again

Again during the first half of the year, the post office is not working for the Post Office in the Minsk shopping center, again, because it happens to the Post Office on a regular basis. This year the parcel XXXMaxima Second did not work in the winter, I came on the last (2nd) day and I see that the parcel does not work. I specially traveled to the place because there are no parcel terminals next to the house. There was no message from the company with information about the non-working parcel terminal. The next day I called them and cried that it was normal for them + talked to me very rudely... hah I was naively expecting apologies from them hah... one can only expect very long orders from this company and rude rude treatment of the customer. Next. They said that I would be able to receive the order when the parcel post will be repaired! And when it will happen they did not announce. Pizdecs nahuj... I have to wait half a year?! And there were medicines in the package that were urgently needed, and when I received them, I didn't need them. Thanks a lot to the Post Office! If you need really fast delivery, I don't highly recommend this sudu company... And I would like to say about one of the peculiarities of this company. If you send the smallest = cheapest shipment, then you will have to wait a very long time, much longer than promised on their website, usually waiting around 1 week. And back then, with medication, relatives specially sent me the largest cell for a small small order just to get it faster. Came.. 2 weeks. And now the Minsk parcel is not working again. Of course, again, no announcements, apologies, etc. not expected from this company. Unfortunately, some online stores only offer to ship orders through the Post Office, and there's nothing left... but I'm already using FedEx for private use.
