Lying, hiding behind various planning meetings, where ideas change from day to day. The company's staff does not provide almost any feedback, the candidate himself has to constantly communicate, until in the end he almost forgets to inform the candidate about the decision, which, unfortunately, also changes every week. One week "yes", the next already "no" ", then there is a call again, when still" yes "and at the end when you have to go to sign a contract -"no"... I was in opposition to all those who warned me about civinity, because I believed that the reputation of this company, the quality of service, volume, corporate culture, etc. could be changed. , and may not all be so bad, but unfortunately all those who warned me were right.
