Don’t buy from DoorHardwareCentral

I just bought almost $1000 worth of door hardware from DoorHardwareCentral. The front entry door lock came improperly keyed and they insisted that I pay a 25% restock fee on the return of the one item. They are charging 25% for their error. They also do not respond to email.
