My shipment ended up not making it to me due to a carrier issue (unrelated to Dolls Kill) so I emailed customer support letting them know. I was immediately taken care of and had truly the most incredible customer support experience with service rep, Jesus, and am so so grateful! User’s recommendation: 100% would recommend.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email originally after placing an order. Once I contacted customer service they resent the email (legit only a few hours after I contacted them) and then I realized I put the wrong shipping address. The customer service rep helped me fix it and they were so helpful!
