Neither tv nor internet
I recently connected to Oceancom services because I promise that it will be more convenient and better... : ) I felt it more and better the first day - the internet is dragging like a "snail" although that creature has nothing to do with services, nor does tv outweigh any. This lasts from the moment of connection. I call, I'm interested - the staff so promises that everything will be ok but I don't see any results. I want to terminate the contract and then also promise to contact me "curni" (the department who keeps customers), but it is not. My advice - do not enter into a contract with their company, even though she is not already in operation for the first year, it does not mean that they are able to real do what the service industry does. I will not use them anymore. Today we will sign a contract with them and order many blocks later! ;)
