online store failure

We ordered the product that AZ Electronics online store promised to deliver within 2 days, ie by December 18th. We paid more than 70 oo CA$. And a special offer - when ordering goods until 20.12, delivering them in Canada free of charge! When there was no news from the product, we tried to call... call hopelessly.
