Reinstate award

I negotiated for 2 50% off up to $40 rewards a month or two ago, This was based on hundreds of dollars of past purchases at Outback Steak in Mt. Pleasant, SC where each time I would select add to dine rewards, but they were never added. We were able to benefit by 1 of those awards.... Read more➤

Earned credit removed from accy

With the COVID pandemic we were unable to use our earned credit and lost it. I think it should be put on back on our account. It was no fault of our own. I think for good relations it was an obvious action. Sincerely, Ann Manzi
