Poor service, terrible attitude
I sent a package from the UK. The delivery date was indicated on the UK website on 26. 12. 17. After a few days, an e-mail arrives from iExpress LV that the approximate delivery time will be 15. 12. 17. Today, 15. 12. 17, I was waiting for an SMS about the delivery information, which I have not received. Checking my e-mail around 13. 00 I see a letter from iExpress LV, which was sent in the morning of 15. 12. 17, that the package will still be delivered today from 12:38 -14. 38.. When I noticed one missed call on the phone (12:35), I immediately redialed (13:20), but I did not receive an answer, as well as no one called me. When I change plans, I take home. Calling the courier 5 times - ignor! I didn't receive my product! Calling a consultant around 3. 30pm.. I was told that I was to blame for not answering the call.
