Poor service, delayed response
No calls, only 1x out of 10 attempts in 2 days e-mails do not respond, respond only to e-mails when it comes to payment, if there is a problem, does not solve, practically does not respond ignores all e-mails that are sent. Do not issue a power of attorney to remove the car from the car park when the leased car was detained. Promised response within a week, not received. Power of attorney is not issued, other companies are issued within 2 days. Really, the amount of parking just grows, we can not take out ourselves, because we are holders, but the company does not issue a power of attorney. An absurd company that is unattainable to the customer and the customer has no value to them.
