Thursday friday and sunday deliveries

I live in a 6 story apartment building of senor citizens. the majority of us are 80 +. Our monday tuesday wednesday and Saturday papers are delivered on time and left at our door. papers for the other three days are left at the front door of the bldg. for anyone to claim. why?
