Unethical and irresponsible business

Package from DSW lost by FedEx. FedEx did NOT get a signature from me for both of my orders and left my packages without a signature. One of my packages was lost and DSW will not send a replacement or offer a refund. DSW claims no responsibility and deflects all responsibility. This is a horrible customer experience... Read more➤
