Shabby Workmanship

Update by user Jun 08, 2021 Just received a response from Designer 2Recliner on 6/7/2021….I took out an extended warranty through Montage Furniture….So Designer2 is not standing behind their shabby workmanship…..Montage made a cash offer , that was extremely a joke …Said Designer2 replacement was 6 months behind , which Designer2 verified it ….Consumers beware Designer2Recliners do... Refund on living room set

We have had numerous problems with a set we purchased last March.(received middle of June) recline system not working, seats breaking, lumber intermittent , etc. Yesterday the store called and Design2recline is giving us full credit on loveseat and half credit on couch.
